Privacy

Version 2026-10-16.

We store the handle you give us, an avatar if you sign in with X, the links you add, your payment amount and transaction id, the Terms version and consent text you agreed to, and basic technical data (IP, device, time). We never display wallet addresses publicly.

We do not sell your personal information. We may use your email, if you give one, to send updates from Bet You Won't and other businesses under common ownership; every email has an unsubscribe link. Opt out any time at legal@bet-you-wont.com. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act to access, correct and delete their data.

If you pay with Apple Pay, Coinbase, Inc. collects and verifies your phone number and email and processes your card under its own privacy policy. We receive a transaction id and the amount; we do not receive your card details. We keep only a one-way fingerprint of your phone number and email (so you can skip the code next time) plus Coinbase's verification reference, never the number or address itself — unless you also opted into emails, in which case your email is stored as described above.

Payments are on a public blockchain; the transaction itself is public by nature and outside our control.
